The owners of this unit have made it their second home and are looking for families that will treat the unit the same way. This unit is set up perfectly to comfortably accommodate a family with a queen bed and an upgraded trundle bed in the bedroom and pullout sofa in the living room. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
