Amenities include 2 fireplaces, wifi throughout, outdoor firepit, gas grill, and hot tub! Summit Chalet is located in a quiet, private, mountain setting with beautiful views. Guests will be less than 5 minutes to local public boat launch and swimming access. Direct trail access for snowmobiling enthusiasts. A short 5-mile drive to Mt. Abram, offers alpine skiing, mountain bike park and entertainment all year long. Sunday River is an easy drive just 20 mins North with the best and biggest skiing in the East! Bethel 15 mins away offers dining, shopping, golf, a bowling alley, arcade, movie theater, gem museum and so much more. Hiking trails are nearly right outside the front door. Bucks Ledge is right around the corner offering family and pet friendly trail networks, easy to moderate options with vast mountain and water views. Just a couple miles away is another of our favorites, Maggie's Nature Park, a network of easy and moderate trails through a variety of forest types that provide several great views of the surrounding area from open ledges. If you are looking for more challenging options check out Grafton Notch State Park , a public recreation area. The state park occupies 3,129 acres surrounding Grafton Notch, the mountain pass between Old Speck Mountain and Baldpate Mountain. It also features waterfalls and picnic areas. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

The house was very clean, and had amazing amenities! It was a great location and close to Sunday River ski resort, and local breweries. My friends and I had an amazing time, and would definitely stay here again! The hosts even left snacks and chocolate with a kind card.

Hi, The place was great, relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and hot tub was a hit including all that was provided. The only issue was air in the lines that located just below the master bedroom. Definitely recommend to everyone.

A nice location, we had a great snowy weekend in Woodstock. Hot tub was perfect and house provided a cozy atmosphere. A few things held this Airbnb back from being a five star stay— excess light in master bedroom at night and water quality. But overall a very accommodating host!

Julia’s place was fantastic! Lots of space for a big group and the hot tub is a huge plus. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Only 20 min south of Sunday River and a great spot to hang out for the day for the non-skiers. Julia was super responsive and helpful with any questions. Definitely would stay again!

Beautiful new home with lots of amenities and well stocked. We love the proximity to Sunday River and local hikes. The house was clean and comfortable and there are several extras-hot tub, fire pit, games, that make it extra nice. FYI-we were told it slept 10 but there was not a single bed in room 2 and it slept one less person than stated. Luckily we had packed an air mattress just in case! All in all it was a great place to stay and we would love to stay there again!

Absolutely beautiful home! Walked in and immediately gasped at how beautiful, warm and cozy it felt. Great area, lots of amenities, ample space, tons of games, bedding and toiletries! Everything about the home was perfect. Everyone loved the hot tub being directly next to the downstairs door and the bluetooth feature. We got to spend our very first Christmas at a cabin and it turned out to be one of the best holidays yet! The Christmas tree was an added surprise that we were also so excited about!
I booked the Summit Chalet for a weekend getaway with a small group of friends, and we absolutely loved the place. It was clean, bright, and peaceful, and Julia was such a thoughtful host! We loved all of the small touches that made it feel that much more special - the small bowl of chocolates (which we devoured), the s'mores supplies, the coffee basket, the list goes on and on. The hot tub was a fantastic plus, which we used a few times - it was nice & clean and was very relaxing. I would most definitely come back again in the future. Highly recommend!
