Lake Side Lodge

Overall the rental was ok. The location was great. The rental interior seem thrown together in places and not taken care of where there were burn spots in some of the chairs, couches were worn, the throw blankets had food dried on them. The water struggled to heat up and while we were staying on our first night we had a leak from the upstairs bathroom that came through the kitchen ceiling.
There was a very past broken Adirondack chair sitting around the camp fire that should had been disposed of, plastic cups on the ground by the fire pit left by the previous renters and broken canoe paddles leaning against the sun porch. It seemed that no one did walkthroughs to check if things were broken, worn or needed to be taken out and replaced.

This has been our 6th vacation at this wonderful home and it continues to deliver lifelong memories for our family. Always clean and welcoming and location is perfect for us. Quiet and private but close enough to restaurants and activities to stay busy when we want. Look forward to future vacations here!

The rental house was wonderful. Room for the whole family. The beach was great. We had fun swimming,kayaking and fishing.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was immaculate and well equipped. The lake was beautiful wits kayaks and beach toys. The area is lovely with places to shop and dine. The management was helpful and communicative. We hope to return next summer. We especially enjoyed coffee and snacks on the spacious deck overlooking the lake.

This property was perfect for our family. The house was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. We had room to dine together or spread out for different activities. The house had everything we needed. We loved the beautiful deck overlooking the lake. The swimming area was sandy and clear with beautiful views of the mountains. We enjoyed the kayaks and tubes. Everyone said it was our best vacation house and didn’t want to leave. The owner and realtor were responsive to our requests.

Dock was perfect for little boys to fish from. The screened room was used to eat lunch during one passing shower. Enjoyed observing the ducks and loon family along with bald eagle. We would love to return again.

Beautiful house with direct access to waterfront. We had so much fun fishing, kayaking, swimming and jumping off of the swim out dock. Many lazy mornings spent on the deck overlooking the beautiful scenery. House was plenty big for 9 people.

Great stay at a lovely home. Beds were all comfortable, the kitchen well stocked for cooking, downstairs extra space for teens and bunk room with bathroom and shower. Porch with great seating and views. Best of all the lake was great with beach entry and a floating dock to swum to with inflatable tubes to float on too! Nearby hikes were also fun!

We had a wonderful time. The cottage was roomy. We enjoyed swimming in Songo pond and using the kyack and canoe.

We were overly excited to go on vacation, as it was long over due! The canoe seat was missing a bolt and was broke n but was fixed after we brought it to someone’s attention! And we lost power on the last night and packed up and left early seeing how Boone could shower or use any water. We enjoyed the property immensely! And hope to return In the future!
