About

This is a two bedroom one full bath condo located in building three at North Peak. Well equipped kitchen to prepare all of your meals. Dining area for everyone to sit enjoy their meals. Living area has a gas fireplace and large sectional for everyone to gather together. Bedroom one has a queen size bed and bedroom two has two sets of bunks (four twin beds). Full bath. Renter has access to ski lockers. North Peak has an outdoor heated pool. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

Great apartment building, ski-in and ski-out, the place is very comfortable.

The place was great. It is right on the trial side and being on the third floor meant there was very little noise from others. The only things I would have liked to see were.
1. Make sure the hot water heater is turned on ahead of time. Having to wait thirty minutes to an hour for hot water was a little bummer.
2. Maybe adding a pizza pan and cutter.

The place was still great and we had a great couple of days. Mid week skiing is awesome with no lines.
