About

This two bedroom one full bath on mountain condo has a nicely updated full kitchen. This condo is on the top floor so you don't have anyone above you. Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has two sets of bunks ( four twins). North Peak offers an outdoor heated pool. There is a fireplace in the living area. Renters also get the use of a ski locker. In the ski locker area there are coin operated washer and dryer. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Although it may have been clear that this was a pet-friendly condo, I didn't really remember seeing it - ordinarily we don't mind, but the amount of dog hair everywhere was really tough. I love gold retrievers and they must have had a beautiful one, but either the place was not cleaned well or it was shedding season. Other small annoyances... there is a door light right outside the queen bedroom and no blackout shades, so really bright. The queen bed itself was pretty soft and sunk in the middle. The updated kitchen was nice, but no toaster oven, and many of the utensils, pots and pans were pretty dirty - perhaps we just came after a messy renter. All in all it was ok, but after staying at North peak 10 times over the past 5 years, this was the first time it was bad enough for me to write a review.

Excellent. We have been regular renters at North Peak for quite a few years. Without fail, they always do a great job.

Home was just like the description. We cooked all our meals there. There was plenty of pot, pans, dish etc. Didn't need anything. Atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. I love that there were lots of hooks to hang things. The location was perfect for my 2 grandkids (4 & 6) to ski to the ski school and the lifts. There was even some childrens book and a stuff animal on the bunk beds just waiting for them. I appreciated that there was a home book and the emails that had all the information for checking in & out.
