Two bedroom one bath condo at North Peak. Great trail access from this ski in ski out condo. This condo is located on the lower level. There is a ski locker available to renters. Coin operated washer and dryer located in the same area as the ski lockers. Nicely equipped kitchen for all of your meal needs. Table to sit and have a meal together. North Peak offers an outdoor heated pool. North Peak is one of the best places to stay at Sunday River Ski Resort. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Great stay at Sunday River. Mother Nature didn’t cooperate but we still had a great time. Condo worked well. Kitchen could have been supplied a bit better but overall it was fine. Ski on ski off was excellent. The stairs to the condo were difficult in ski boots and carrying supplies from car.
