About

Two bedroom condo unit sleeps up to eight guests. Full kitchen is perfect for a quick lunch or preparing a full dinner. Bedroom one has four single beds (two sets of bunks). Bedroom two has a queen size bed along to two single beds (one bunk). Gas fireplace in the living area. Cable TV and WIFI included. Ski locker is available for renter use in the lower level. Building one is closest to the pool building. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

perfect on the slope at the base of the mountain! Heated pool and very clean amenities.

NP1-111 is a nice place to stay. Very close to the slopes - true ski in ski out, clean, and well suited for our group of 5. There were clear instructions for check in and check out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would love to stay again.

Second time we are staying in this unit (first one was a few seasons ago). We love the North Peak Condos but unit 1-111 has been great - clean, warm, cozy. Allowing to use the ski locker and changing area was a huge bonus.
