Well kept, well stocked, good location on slopes, ski locker slightly undersized
Very enjoyable stay

The condo unit was great and had everything we needed for a great stay. My only compliant is a bad experience sharing the pool with other guests. We have stayed at North Peak many times and this had never happened before. There were some young adults drinking excessively, vaping, swearing, making out, jumping dangerously, etc. while we were using the pool. These guests seemed unconcerned about doing this around the many young children in the pool and the experience was uncomfortable. Some families left the pool. They left their drink cans scattered around the pool deck. In the evenings there doesn’t seem to be anyone present to make sure people are following the pool rules and making sure it is a safe and comfortable space for all of the guests who are paying to be there.

We had a great time! We loved being truly ski in / ski out. There is parking for one car, so we had to shuttle our second car back and forth from the main south peak lot.

Ski-in,ski-out on Sunday River slopes. Easy access to base area. Heated outdoor pool nearby. Perfect for our family ski week needs.

We have stayed in North Peak units before and this was probably the nicest. Kitchen has been updated, furniture was clean & very comfortable. Gas fireplace worked & was cozy. Negatives- bedding was very basic (sheets thin & somewhat scratchy) no mattress pad on the bed was weird, quilts were thin. Blinds on living room window don’t work so we couldn’t put them down & there was a strong draft coming in (mountain was closed due to high winds.) Standard coffee machine but we travel with a keurig so no big deal. Overall unit is nicely equipped & comfy.

This is an exceptional unit! The location is perfect- right on the slopes. The locker area for equipment storage is very convenient and extremely clean, however, one locker was tight for our family of four- 2 ski and 2 snowboard. The kitchen is beautiful and very well stocked. The living room has streaming and cable, and the couch is Amazing!! Cons: The bathroom is tight, and no tv in primary bedroom. Overall, excellent unit- 5 stars!

We had a great time at this Sunday River Condo. Condo was well appointed from large sectional to nice kitchen. Gas fireplace was a bonus. The best part was ski access to the hill and a swim in pool after skiing. Thank you!

Great place. Main room is especially nice. Host was very responsive. In particular we appreciated her assistance with arranging a Hello Fresh delivery.

We absolutely loved our stay at North Peak! The condo was wonderful and just as described! The property is obviously well-cared-for and looked great on arrival. Moreover, the property manager was very kind and accommodating both before and during our stay! The location cannot be beat as it is just a few steps and short glide away from the Sundance trail at Sunday River. We had a great stay and would go back in a heartbeat. In fact, my 4-year-old keeps asking when we are going back.

Great little condo at the base of Sunday River - Was very happy with the layout of the condo and the ease to get to the mountain and town! Would definitely recommend!
