Upper-level spacious bedroom with queen bed, one set of twin bunks plus additional TV. Enjoy everything that makes Cascades special including, ski in/ski out right above South Ridge Base Lodge, indoor pool, saunas and jacuzzi, ski storage for guests with direct trail access, coin operated laundry, large common area with views of the pool, perfect for board games, relaxing and reading a book, or catching up with friends. Grab first tracks from right outside the door. Located just above the base lodge, South Ridge, jump on the Chondola or South Ridge Express to access all 8 peaks. Easily ski back to the unit for lunch then head right back out. This unit offers upper-level bedroom, deck, well stocked full kitchen, full bath, sleeping 6.
~All beds are made with fresh linens, one set of bath towels and pool towel provided for each guest.
~This unit has a K cup style coffee pot.
~Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap provided in a starter supply
~Consumable goods including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap are provided in a starter supply
~ This building DOES NOT have an elevator

~Pets are strictly prohibited by guests; owners may have pets. Guests should be advised, there may have been pets in units prior to stay
~Absolutely no smoking anywhere in or on complex grounds.
~One parking pass per unit per reservation will be provided, no exceptions per security. Any vehicles without fully in view, valid parking pass may be towed at guest's expense. Additional vehicles may be parked at no expense in the overflow parking lots.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

This condo is in the Cascades building and right next to the main slope above the Chondola lift. Easy to walk out the basement and ski down to the lift. This is a 3rd floor unit in a building with no elevator so be prepared for stairs, additionally there are numerous doors to manage inside the building. We enjoyed our stay and the skiing.
TL/DR - a perfect Condo I'd stay at again. Dropped a star because the locker was annoyingly too small.
Cascades Condos are at a great location in the middle Sunday River resort with easy access to all the slopes. I'm glad I stayed here vs. the hotels I was looking at which while still ski in/out are a little more remote.
The unit itself was small, but perfect for our family of 4. Good TV area to watch a movie and unwind after a day on the slopes and a big enough kitchen to throw together a quick breakfast or lunch/dinner if you don't want the 10 minute drive into Bethel. The fridge that sealed up so tightly you couldn't open it for 5 minutes after you closed it was comedy gold. It's on the third floor, so you need to be prepared to lug your stuff up and down the stairs because...
The basement locker was tiny. It was quite an act of extreme Tetris to get two snowboards and two pairs of skis/poles in there. There's no chance of keeping boots/helmets down there. The unit might sleep 6, but 6 people ain't keeping their gear in that locker.
The communal pool was an unexpected treat, though the bottom was a little scuzzy. There is quite a big common room, but we didn't use it. O n a couple of occasions I saw some people watching skiing on the TV in there which I thought was a bit too on the nose.
