Guests will find Cascades B-4 this is a great updated studio! Very comfortable unit with a king size bed and an additional twin. Sleeps 3 comfortably. Enjoy everything that makes Cascades special including, ski in/ski out right above South Ridge Base Lodge, indoor pool, saunas and jacuzzi, ski storage for guests with direct trail access, coin operated laundry, large common area with views of the pool, perfect for board games, relaxing and reading a book, or catching up with friends. Grab first tracks from right outside the door. Located just above the base lodge, South Ridge, jump on the Chondola South Ridge Express to access all 8 peaks. Easily ski back to the unit for lunch then head right back out. This unit offers a king size bed & twin, a balcony, well stocked full kitchen, full bath, sleeping 3.
~All beds are made with fresh linens, one set of bath towels and pool towel provided for each guest.
~This unit has a Keurig coffee pot.
~Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap provided in a starter supply
~Consumable goods including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap are provided in a starter supply
~ This building DOES NOT have an elevator
~This building DOES NOT have central AC
~Pets are strictly prohibited by guests; owners may have pets. Guests should be advised, there may have been pets in units prior to stay
~Absolutely no smoking anywhere in or on complex grounds.
~One parking pass per unit per reservation will be provided, no exceptions per security. Any vehicles without fully in view, valid parking pass may be towed at guest's expense. Additional vehicles may be parked at no expense in the overflow parking lots.

My husband and I had a fantastic time at Sunday River. It was our first time staying at the Cascades Condos and we will absolutely make this our destination to stay from now forward. The condo was perfectly decorated, love the esthetic, it had all essentials for cooking, a small patio, and all the comforts of home. Cascades condos also have a pool/hot tub, and your ski storage is ideally located with a just footstep to the slopes. We cannot rave enough of how happy our stay was, thank you Four Season Rentals.

The location is clean and right on the slope. We put our skies on at the side door of the building and skidded right over to the chondla chair. Bed is a comfy king size. There's an oven and range to do some cooking. Which we did it worked well. The studio works great for a couples ski getaway
Perfect little condo right next to the slopes, comfortable and clean, with everything you need. Access to the pool sauna and hot tub was a bonus as well. Only thing that was not great was the upstairs neighbor, a lot of banging and walking around well into the night, other then that awesome place to stay!
