Guests will find Cascades B-3 to be bright and sunny, with a full kitchen and accommodates up to 5 guests. Enjoy everything that makes Cascades special including, ski in/ski out right above South Ridge Base Lodge, indoor pool, saunas and jacuzzi, ski storage for guests with direct trail access, coin operated laundry, large common area with views of the pool, perfect for board games, relaxing and reading a book, or catching up with friends. Grab first tracks from right outside the door. Located just above the base lodge, South Ridge, jump on the Chondola South Ridge Express to access all 8 peaks. Easily ski back to the unit for lunch then head right back out. This unit offers large leather sectional sofa and bar for dining, balcony, well stocked full kitchen, full bath, sleeping 5.
~All beds are made with fresh linens, one set of bath towels and pool towel provided for each guest.
~This unit has both regular drip coffee pot and K-cup style.
~Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap provided in a starter supply
~Consumable goods including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap are provided in a starter supply
~ This building DOES NOT have an elevator
~This building DOES NOT have central AC
~Pets are strictly prohibited by guests; owners may have pets. Guests should be advised, there may have been pets in units prior to stay
~Absolutely no smoking anywhere in or on complex grounds.
~One parking pass per unit per reservation will be provided, no exceptions per security. Any vehicles without fully in view, valid parking pass may be towed at guest's expense. Additional vehicles may be parked at no expense in the overflow parking lots.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Two of us stayed at Cascades B-3 for a Thursday afternoon to Sunday morning ski trip. We had minor difficulty with the unit's door code, but it was quickly and easily resolved with a phone call to the Four Seasons office. They proved quick and responsive again when we discovered there was no dish detergent.

At first we weren't sure about the split-level layout, but it was fine. We liked the wall decor and found the room cozy, warm, and comfortable. Although the kitchen was small and spare, and certainly dated in style, it was functional and clean (same for the bathroom). In the morning and evening, we could sometimes hear noises from nearby condo units, but not much, and it seemed that neighbors observed the quiet time rules. We didn't end up using the pool or common space in the building, though they seemed fine. We were able to connect to the unit's wi-fi, which seemed okay. Phone reception was better on Verizon than on AT&T.

We much appreciated how close we were to the slopes, with easy access to the South Ridge base area and lifts. The ski locker area had plenty of benches and the locker had plenty of clearance inside for tall skis. We had no issues with parking, though could see that the lot was near full on Saturday.

We had a fun 3 days of skiing, and would gladly have stayed at Cascades B-3 longer if we'd had the time.
