Studio unit sleeps three. Full kitchen perfect to fix a quick lunch or dinner. Also a perfect place to lay your head after a long day on the slopes. Heated outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub available along with a community room for everyone to gather. The community room has a fireplace. Cable and WiFi ski locker available for renters. There also is a room with coin operated washers and dryers. Brookside is a nice spot to be at Sunday River. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

Right on the mountain- truly ski in/ski out. RFID means you never need to go into a lodge. Tight space in the bathroom, but we’re there for the skiing- which was awesome!
The property was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the ski access was 150 feet from the lobby door. However, the unit has a lot of deferred maintenance items. The microwave and K-Cup coffee maker did not work. Also, the unit is 201, but there are two flights of stairs to haul your stuff up. The building was built in the late 1970's or early 1980's and it hasn't been updated. The four story complex has no elevators, and could use some. While I'm grateful that the owner made it available, I'll go elsewhere next time.
