About
The Four Seasons Realty Family
At Four Seasons Realty we truly are a family business. In 1994 Gordon Brown founded Four Seasons Realty and in 2002 Julia and Gary Williamson joined the team as sales agents. Since 2005, Four Seasons Realty has been owned and operated by Gary and Julia Williamson (Gordon's Grand-Daughter and her husband).
Currently a Broker with Four Season's Realty, Gordon was born and raised in the Bethel area. After serving his country in the Navy for 26 years he returned here with his family. He enjoyed a successful career in the forest industry allowing him to become extremely knowledgeable about the real estate and land laws in Maine. Gordon continues to list and sell property for Four Seasons Realty when he is not rolling the dice in Vegas!
Gary Williamson, Owner/Designated Broker, also a native of the area, grew up hunting and fishing extensively in the area. There isn't a mountain or body of water around that he has not explored. Gary's other love as a boy was baseball which led him to the University of Southern Maine where he played in two College World Series. Gary was named MVP of the College World Series in 1991 and was invited to play in the Cape Cod League in the summer of 1992. In keeping with his competitive nature, during his career as a Real Estate agent Gary has been the leading Real Estate agent in 2004 for most transactions in the state of Maine. From 2004-2007, Gary was the leader with the most transactions for Oxford County.
Julia Williamson, Associate Broker and Property Management & Rentals, grew up in the area playing on the lake in Bryant Pond in the summer and skiing the local mountains in the winter. She attended Gould Academy graduating in 1992 and attended University of Southern Maine. She worked in the Social Services field until 2002 when she had their third son and decided to follow in the family business. When not selling real estate, Gary and Julia are busy raising their four boys and are intensely involved with the community. They are hoping one day the business will be run by their children further carrying on the family tradition.
Sally Harkins, Broker, began her real estate career in the Sunday River area in 2002. She was previously employed at Sunday River Resort as a Group Sales Manager, giving her exposure and in-depth knowledge of the resort, its' amenities and most improtantly -- all the real estate assets in the resort area. Her knowledge and hands on experience make her an invaluable resource to both buyers and sellers. Sally has consitently been one of the top three producing agents in Oxford County since 2003. She is also often spotted cruising in the White Mountains or up the Maine coast in her 1967 MGB. Holly is a member of the Western Maine Board of Realtors and is also a board member of the Stephens Community Healthcare Foundation. She resides in Paris with her children, Samantha, Jessie and Ben.
Stacie Melanson, Property Management & Rentals, is a Southern Maine native who has enjoyed spending winters skiing at Sunday River since the age of 5. She graduated from Bonny Eagle High School in 1993 and received a Bachelor's of Science degree from Lasell College in 1997. Moving from Boston to the Bethel area in 2001 proved to be a great choice! Stacie spent her time as a part-time server at a poplur in-town restaurant and full time stay at home mom of two girls until joining the Four Seasons team in 2008.
Doreen Johnson, our Administrative Assistant, is a native of New Hampshire, and she and her husband, Jeff, have lived in the Woodstock area for over 25 years. She started her office management career as a Bethel property insurance agent for what is now Northeast Bank Financial Services and in 2002 made the transition to real estate as front office manager for Four Seasons. With daughter and grandsons living in Florida, she can often be found trying to clear her calendar for visits to Miami. When not online learning about computers and troubleshooting those of her family and friends, she enjoys quilting and spending time at the family camp on Round Pond.
